obviously the pirates. why?
Ninjas have swords. Theyll be like wahhhhh and do some wierd move and attack. The pirate will just take out his gun and shoot him a couple times...and then go drink a couple gallons of pure vodka.
I think my mere presence here indicates my answer. But I'll throw in an ARRRRRRR! anyways.

Well, ninjas came from Japan, right? and we nuked Japan in WWII. Pirates were mostly famous in the carribean, but most pirates came from north africa. We destroyed those pirates with our huge warships, so I'm going to say that neither pirates nor ninjas will win. I vote for the navy.

cause when a pirate is getting his gun the ninja will already have thrown a couple of shurikens through his head

for me i think that the ninja woul poisen the pirate then when he pulls out his gun he'd shoot him ninja would die then 3 seconds later the pirate would fall down dead

Dude ninjas own pirates, no question. I'm not even going to argue the point. Saying otherwise is like exlaiming that the sky is made of cake and that every Thursday seven multi-colored rabbits hop out of your ass and beat orphans with the sharp side of a spoon.
